Reminders app stuck on "Allow Alarms for Urgent Reminders" popup ios26.2 when I open reminders I get a popup "Allow Alarms for Urgent Reminders" that I cannot clear that blocks me from clearing reminders that I have. I have rebooted but the reminder keeps coming back. Notifications for reminders is OFF but still keep getting this annoying popup!

I and using a 3rd party App called Fantastical and it looks for Reminders and Appointments on iCloud and consolidates them in one App. Every Reminders list and Calendar shows up in Fantastical except my smart Reminders list because it's not synced with iCloud.
